Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Cozee London currently ships orders to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Most countries in Europe (if your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us)

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.


UK Shipping

For jewellery that is in stock and ready to ship, we dispatch using Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked service.

  • Dispatch time: usually within 1–3 working days after your order is accepted
  • Delivery time: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.


European Shipping

We also ship to customers in Europe using Royal Mail international services and local postal partners or couriers.

  • Dispatch time: usually within 1–3 working days after your order is accepted
  • Estimated delivery time: usually 7–15 working days, but it can sometimes take 10 days or more depending on the country, local postal delays and customs checks

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched (where tracking is available for your destination).

Please note: any customs duties, taxes or handling fees charged in your country are the responsibility of the customer.


Changing your shipping address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on cozeelondon.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to change the address.


Returns and return shipping

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first so we can confirm the return instructions.

  • Unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in any refund.
